About Design and Build
We are Design and Build, an architect-led design and build company in London. We take the ideas in your head, put them down on paper and then turn them into bricks and mortar – on time and on budget.
Everything you need is under one roof: our own architects, structural engineers, party wall surveyors, interior designers and skilled tradesmen. You never have to find, brief and coordinate separate professionals – we work with you from the very first site visit to the finishing touches.
From house extensions, loft conversions and full renovations to commercial fit-outs, we offer a complete turnkey service: design, planning permission, Building Control approval, construction and interiors, all managed by one dedicated team.
